Siamo stati 5 giorni in questo hotel. Era la prima volta, ma non sarà di certo l'ultima! Hotel pulito e situato in una bellissima valle, al centro di sentieri per escursioni di vari livelli di difficoltà e con 2 cabinovia ed una seggiovia per salire ancora più in alto, raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre che dire del personale? Dalla perfetta direttrice Alice Aspite, all'efficiente e gentilissimo maitre Tony Caruso (che in un attimo mi ha procurato un ulteriore dolce senza nocciole, perchè gli spiaceva ne avessi uno in meno!), al bravissimo chef Eugenio Riccobono, la cui cucina avevo conosciuto 12 anni fa da tutt'altra parte e che ha confermato il ricordo che ne avevo (piatti veramente ottimi e cucinati con passione!!). Insomma posso solo ringraziare tutti perchè con gentilezza, attenzioni varie anche alle mie allergie, eleganza, disponibilità e professionalità, ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a casa pur essendo la prima volta che ci trovavamo lì!

siamo stati 5 giorni in quattro, bei paesaggi e aria pulita. hotel con camere pulite (almeno la nostra), spa e piscina rilassanti, non consiglio la piscina dopo le 17 per via della moltitudine di pargoletti che scorrazzano in giro. cibo di qualità medio-buona, ma la vera mascotte è tony, il maître di sala più teatrale che io abbia mai visto: un vero personaggio. se avete figli piccoli c’è anche il miniclub gestito da due ragazze veramente competenti in materia di balli di gruppo e attività ludiche, sono proprio un “TIPO”. ci siamo goduti la vacanza, e Tony pure.

Abbiamo trascorso otto giorni a inizio luglio all’Albergo Maso Corto in Val Senales e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è semplicemente meravigliosa, perfetta come punto di partenza per splendide escursioni in mezzo alla natura incontaminata. La camera era accogliente e confortevole, così come il bagno, entrambi sempre ben puliti. Unico piccolo rammarico: l’assenza del balcone, che avrebbe reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un grande punto di forza dell’hotel è sicuramente la colazione e la cena a buffet, con un’enorme varietà di pietanze per tutti i gusti, ben presentate e di ottima qualità. Un plauso speciale al maître di sala, Antonio, un giovane professionista sardo, sempre presente, cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Così come merita una menzione la capo reception siciliana, accogliente, disponibile e sempre con il sorriso. In sintesi: un soggiorno rilassante in un contesto naturale unico, arricchito da un servizio curato e professionale. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Da un po’ di anni faccio le vacanze in questo meraviglioso Hotel dal nome Zirm che fa parte del Blu Hotel Senales. Ogni anno che passa non vedo l’ora di tornarci, perché mi sento a casa. Il personale è semplicemente straordinario a cominciare dalla Direttrice , al Maître , allo Chef ed a tutto li staff. Sono molto professionali, simpatici. Le camere sono comode, noi come coppia scegliamo sempre la camera con ampio terrazzo dalla veduta mozzafiato contornata dalle meravigliose montagne dove pascolano, mucche e cavalli . Lo consiglio a tutti ; famiglie, coppie, single ed anche i vostri amici pelosi sono i benvenuti. Non mi resta che augurare una serena vacanza a tutti.

Per la prima volta, sono stata in Val Senales, accompagnata da due amici che me l’hanno consigliata, Stefano e Milena, un ambiente familiare, ho trovato un personale molto disponibile, e avendo anche 84 anni, mi sono sentita coccolata come in famiglia. Tutto lo staff persone fantastiche dalla direttrice al maître, chef, camerieri e tutto lo staff. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno presso questa struttura contornata da splendide montagne e ghiacciai e come chicca finale, a pochi chilometri un lago meraviglioso delle acque splendide.
